Aviation Training
Aviation Standards
The present aviation world is western as evidenced by the language used and the way they operate. GATI will train students in aviation culture and language, emphasizing high standards and a priority on safety. The standards for aviation need to be higher than the standards for many other aspects of normal life, especially in Indian culture. Students will learn to live in these two worlds and not let one cross into the other, just as western aviation professionals are trained to do.
Aviation flight training is weather dependent. The Instructors will model and teach the highest standards possible in making decisions about the safe outcome of every flight in regards to weather. Lost training hours due to inclement weather will be rescheduled as appropriate, even though this may extend the proposed course timetable.
Professionalism
It is imperative that the student learns to approach aviation in a professional manner. We model this professionalism by operating our School in a safe, stable and balanced environment where students rub shoulders with local and overseas instructors and administrators who ‘walk the talk’.
